Will there be a new app or just Khalti?
No, there won’t be any new app. You can migrate your IME Pay app into Khalti app.
If I have linked and saved my bank account in Khalti, will it be removed after migration or will it stay the same as before?
Khalti’s linked bank won’t be affected but the bank account linked to IME Pay will expire and users would have to relink their account in Khalti after the migration process.
Do I need to verify my KYC again?
No, If you’re a KYC verified user in either Khalti or IME Pay, you won’t have to verify your KYC again.
